Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the preparation of turnkey proposals, alternative designs (including in-house projects and temporary works) and tendering of projects.
  • Coordinate M&E design and installation issues on a range of projects to ensure the profitable and safe delivery of projects on time construction work to ensure that it is in line with project quality plans, specifications and the conditions of the contract.
  • Supervise the site M&E teams’ setup, monitoring and tracking progress, providing regular updates to Management in order to ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Liaise with client, consultants, and sub-contractors, including monitoring the progress and follow–up with sub-contractors on approved work.
  • Liaise with contractors or equipment suppliers, conduct final verification on work plans for Management’s approval.
  • Inspect the work and design compliance of M&E sub-contractors.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors, including monitoring the progress and follow–up with sub-contractors on approved work.
  • Coach and motivate staff; identify learning opportunities for staff development and advancement; track work progress in order to build staff competence on the job and encourage motivation, pro-activeness and job satisfaction of all direct reports.
