Job Description

  • Managing BIM processes for CSA and MEP disciplines across project stages
  • Coordinate BIM models between architectural, structural and MEP teams to resolve clashes and discrepancies
  • Support development and enforcement of BIM Execution Plan standards and workflows
  • Review and validate BIM models for accuracy, completeness and compliance with project specifications
  • Work closely with project team, consultants and subcontractors to ensure smooth BIM coordination
  • Conduct clash detection and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders
  • Monitor BIM deliverables progress and ensure timely submission
  • Support integration of BIM with construction planning, sequencing and site activities
  • Provide guidance and technical support to BIM coordinators and modellers
  • Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM data

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 8 years experience in BIM for construction projects covering CSA and MEP
  • Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD
  • Familiar with BIM standards, workflows and coordination processes
  • Experience in clash detection, model coordination and construction integration
  • Good communication, coordination and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of construction sequencing and site execution will be an advantage
