Job Description

  • Assist in preparing the interface register and interface solution register.
  • Review and verify contractors' drawings against the project construction drawings.
  • Coordinate with other contractors and the construction team to ensure all opening requirements are met.
  • Ensure other package contractors meet the project delivery schedule.
  • Follow up on issues raised through the interface register and work with contractors to resolve them, ensuring closure of the interface solution register.
  • Lead monthly interface progress meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Carry out VDR and produce CSD with BIM Executive before construction to ensure embedded services are included in the project.
  • Liaise with the client’s site representative and coordinate site-related activities.
  • Participate in site walkabouts with consultants and clients to monitor progress and provide updates.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and coordination with contractors across various trades.
  • Familiarity with System Packages (e.g., SCADA, Telecommunications, CCTV, etc.).
  • Based in Kuching/ Kota Samarahan, Sarawak
