Job Description
- Assist in preparing the interface register and interface solution register.
- Review and verify contractors' drawings against the project construction drawings.
- Coordinate with other contractors and the construction team to ensure all opening requirements are met.
- Ensure other package contractors meet the project delivery schedule.
- Follow up on issues raised through the interface register and work with contractors to resolve them, ensuring closure of the interface solution register.
- Lead monthly interface progress meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Carry out VDR and produce CSD with BIM Executive before construction to ensure embedded services are included in the project.
- Liaise with the client’s site representative and coordinate site-related activities.
- Participate in site walkabouts with consultants and clients to monitor progress and provide updates.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and coordination with contractors across various trades.
- Familiarity with System Packages (e.g., SCADA, Telecommunications, CCTV, etc.).
- Based in Kuching/ Kota Samarahan, Sarawak
