Job Responsibilities

• To be involved in all pre & post contract works
• Prepare cost estimation/analysis, the summary of contract and project budget
• Preparation, calling and evaluation of tenderers and valuation of variation orders
• Negotiates with contractors/suppliers on the building and material cost
• To process consultants/contractors claims pertaining to project matters
