Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all pre- and post-contract activities related to project cost and contract administration.

  • Prepare cost estimates, cost analyses, contract summaries, and project budgets.

  • Manage the preparation, invitation, and evaluation of tenders, as well as the valuation of variation orders.

  • Negotiate with contractors and suppliers on construction and material costs to ensure cost efficiency.

  • Review and process consultants’ and contractors’ claims in relation to project matters.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields
  • 3 years experience in site quantity surveying works.
  • Willing to work at Johor Bahru.
