Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Organize, plan and monitor site activities and update the work programs accordingly
  • Prepare method statement and liaise with the project team and consultants on the planning and sequencing processes in meeting project requirements
  • Study, highlight and provide mitigation measures on delayed/ critical activities and resolve discrepancies of drawings and specifications
  • Track progress and prepare monthly reports according to schedule
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources and all works are carried out based on the approved program


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience. Preferable in construction of buildings (tall residential and/or office buildings).
  • Must be able to use project planning software – Oracle P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Understanding of the operations and processes in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of project plan development and implementation.






Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
