Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Pre & post contract works.
• Prepare cost estimation/ analysis, the summary of contract and project budget.
• Preparation, calling and evaluation of tenderers and valuation of variation orders.
• Negotiates with subcontractors/ suppliers on the building and material cost.
• Taking-off, site measurement
• To process consultants/contractors claims pertaining to project matters.

Requirements

• 2 years experience of contracts management at construction site.
• Site based position- Johor, Penang and Selangor.
