Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that the Company’s HSE Management Systems are effectively implemented and maintained at all levels and functions in the organization; control of distribution and update the HSE Manual and procedures.
  • Advise and update the management on relevant HSE legal requirements, standards, codes of practices, etc.
  • Plan, execute and monitor the HSE management programs and activities.
  • Monitor and report on the level of compliance for health, safety, and environment practices.
  • Analyze and review the HSE management systems performance within the Group of Companies.
  • Analyze and review the HSE Internal Audits on the company’s operation to assess conformance to and effectiveness of the company’s Health, Safety and Environment management systems, and relevant HSE legal requirements.
  • Establish and maintain the status of controlled HSE documentation.
  • Promote HSE awareness and dissemination HSE information.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, relevant government officials (e.g. DOSH, DOE) to identify and solve health, safety, and environment issues.
  • Motivate and coach new staff and track work progress of assigned subordinates to build their competence on the job.
  • Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and work instructions as defined in the Company’s Quality System.
