Job Description

  • Assist in all contract activities, including but not limited to procurement, contract administration, tender documents and drawings, schedules, budget, costs and expenditures, variation costs as well as the appointment of contractors.
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors.
  • Follow-up on administrative matters relating to contracts and tender submissions.
  • Ensure compliance of company policies and procedures.


Job Requirements

  • Work location: Penang.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Possess knowledge in the local contracting and tendering operations and processes.


Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
