Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in planning and implementing tenancy mix in the retail mall.
• Identify and secure potential tenants and retail concept for the mall.
• Initiate discussion with potential tenants, negotiate lease, and finalize rental.
• Conduct site visit with potential tenants.
• Liaise closely with inter-departments on matters pertaining to rental, deposit collection, fit-out, and operations.
• Foster good working relationship with existing and potential tenants.
• Respond and follow up on leasing enquiries and complaints.
• Conduct market survey and competitor research as well as customer surveys.
• Attend to tenancy-related matters including negotiation and issuance of lease documentations such as Letter of Offer for Lease, Tenancy Agreements and other related documents.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports on occupancy and commercial lease related matters to management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a Degree in Marketing/ Real Estate Management or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Familiar with property tenancy framework.
• Familiar with current and historic market trends.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
