Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with authorities and prepare all necessary (Authority/Liaison) documents to secure project approvals within the timeline.
  • Support the team by collaborating with consultants, monitoring and verifying the accuracy and completeness of their drawings and submissions.
  • Facilitate internal communication and collaboration across departments including Sales & Marketing, Procurement, and Customer Service to ensure efficient design development.
  • Oversee project progress and coordinate daily activities between contractors and consultants on-site.
  • Prepare presentations, compile documents, conduct fact-checking, and maintain project files.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a closely related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in architectural, engineering, or project/building management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
