Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing Operations

• Implement marketing strategies and plan marketing program, including online and offline marketing channels.
• Monitor sales processes based on ISO standards including following up on loan applications and liaising with solicitors on loan documentations.
• Close sales, get new leads, registration for new products and follow up with potential buyers.
• Assist in the development, production and distribution of sales / promotional materials.
• Conduct market research and keep abreast with trends, demands and comparable market sales prices.
• Compile competitor research report for Management.
• Assist and coordinate for launches and promotional events.
• Work out estimated legal fee, loan legal fees and other fees and charges.
• Submission of legal documents to respective authorities.
• To assist immediate supervisor in preparation and completion of any reports and documents needed.

External Liaison

• Liaise with customers and prospective customers

People Management

• Supervise and track work progress of assigned subordinates to ensure that on the job training is adequately provided to perform on the job.

Quality Compliance

• Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and work instructions as defined in the Company’s Quality System to demonstrate Risk Base Thinking and Performance Base Approach in all undertaking and to ensure achievement of intended results.

Health, Safety and Environment Compliance

• Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and work instructions as defined in the Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Requirement to demonstrate Risk Base Thinking and Performance Base Approach in all undertaking and to ensure achievement of intended results.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Management or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge in IFCA software is an added advantage.
• Able to work on weekends.
