Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Assist with HR functions in the company and provide guidance and advice to the management of the best HR practices.
- Upkeep of the company’s job description, orientation programs, training programs, employment contracts, etc, and keep employees updated on the necessary information.
- Assist manager with the recruitment process.
- Develop adequate induction and training programs for the employee.
- Nurture a positive working and progressive result-oriented working environment.
- Liaise with a government agency and statutory bodies in the foreign worker recruitment process and manage foreign worker’s welfare.
- Dealing and responsible with employee’s disciplinary issues, industrial relation, and domestic inquiry and periodic appraisal.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Uphold of information which is confidential.
- Manage the company’s team-building event and activities.
- Ensure payroll is done accurately and timely.
- To perform duties in complying with Company’s Policy and Procedure, and Rule and Regulations governed by the law of Malaysia.
- To perform other tasks and works as and when required.
