Job Description

  • Monitoring and administering various contracts and sub-contract works, including preparing progress reports, recommending payments, issuing variation order certificates and finalizing accounts documentation.
  • Conduct verification of material requisitions, take-off quantities and site measurements of completed work.
  • Prepare progress claims and invoices for clients and consultants to ensure effective project management.
  • Prepare, call, and evaluate tenders, as well as value variation orders.
  • Negotiate building and material costs with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Manage the processing of claims from consultants and subcontractors related to project matters.
