Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Preferably minimum two (2) years in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong command of spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The roles are to support the various responsibilities of the Human Resouce Department including:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain and update accurate records in the SAP SuccessFactors, IPMS and Safe-G System.
• Prepare and process HR-related documentations, including employment contracts, confirmation of new employees, and relevant correspondences.
• Assist in the overall recruitment process.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing and handling correspondence, data entry, filing, managing office supplies, uniform inventory and distribution.
• Monitor and verify employee attendance records.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and training sessions as required.
• Perform any other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
