SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEER

Job Description

• Plan, develop, organize and monitor site activities and update the work programs accordingly.
• Prepare method statement and liaise with the project team and consultants on the planning and sequencing processes in meeting project requirements.
• Study, highlight and provide mitigation measures on delayed/ critical activities and resolve discrepancies of drawings and specifications.
• Track progress and prepare monthly reports according to schedule.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources and all works are carried out based on the approved program.
• Prepare and submit EOT application.
• Assist and maintain quality records at the project site as per requirement / specification.
• Assist in supervision and inspection of site activities as required by the Superior.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5 years planning experience in construction field.
• Prior experience in Infrastructure Railway or Building project will be added advantage.
• Primavera 6 skills is required.
• Immediate Start is a plus.
• Willing to work based at Kuching/ Kota Samarahan, Sarawak.
