Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise the recording data as part of topography surveys to map locations, obtain measurements of points, etc and verify data through calculations, in accordance with survey plans, produce reports and drawings in a cost-efficient and efficient manner.
  • File survey records and drawings in compliance with company ISO standards adopted.
  • Monitor scheduled calibration of equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of data obtained and assessment of equipment condition in compliance with the company instituted asset management programme.
  • Write off irreplaceable survey equipment and submit purchase orders for new equipment as and when necessary.
  • Assist in supervising and planning the site survey teams’ setup, monitoring and tracking progress, providing quality assurance and control over reports and drawings, along with the provision of regular updates to Management.
  • Perform visits to the land office and other government department and agencies as well to the client’s office.
  • Coach and motivate staff; identify learning opportunities for staff development and advancement; track work progress in order to build staff competence on the job and encourage motivation, pro-activeness and job satisfaction of all direct reports.
