Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage and track recruitment activities effectively.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess and improve hiring processes and outcomes.
Employer Branding:
- Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to create and execute employer branding strategies aligned with the company’s vision and values.
- Develop content and campaigns to promote the organization’s culture, values, and employee success stories on various platforms, including social media, job boards, and the company website.
- Plan and participate in career fairs, university events, and industry networking opportunities to strengthen the employer brand.
- Monitor and manage employer branding performance metrics, such as candidate engagement and brand perception.
General:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Foster a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and employer branding, with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and social media recruitment tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling employer branding campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
