Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage and track recruitment activities effectively.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to assess and improve hiring processes and outcomes.

Employer Branding:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to create and execute employer branding strategies aligned with the company’s vision and values.
  • Develop content and campaigns to promote the organization’s culture, values, and employee success stories on various platforms, including social media, job boards, and the company website.
  • Plan and participate in career fairs, university events, and industry networking opportunities to strengthen the employer brand.
  • Monitor and manage employer branding performance metrics, such as candidate engagement and brand perception.

General:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and employer branding, with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms and social media recruitment tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling employer branding campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
