JOB DESCRIPTION:

Risk Management

  • Assist in the Group-wide implementation of IJM's risk management framework to support the achievement of its strategic objectives and to provide assurance to the Board, management and stakeholders.
  • Effective identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring and reporting of risks and their mitigating plans to ensure that significant risks and focus areas are appropriately identified.
  • Development of tools, processes and key risk indicators to monitor changes in likelihood and impact.
  • Development and maintenance of departmental documents to ensure their relevance and applicability.
  • Providing risk training and awareness including the development of training programmes to promote risk culture.
  • Any other related tasks as assigned.

Integrity

  • Assist in driving the implementation of compliance requirements and initiatives that are aligned with IJM’s ABCS framework.
  • Conducting a comprehensive bribery and corruption risk assessment on all business units.
  • Creating and managing training contents/ materials in relation to ABCS.
    Providing training and communications on ABCS to all stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and review of ABCS framework using compliance audit checklists.
  • Any other related tasks as assigned.

 

REQUIREMENT: 

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business, Engineering or other related fields.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills (both oral communication and report-writing) as well as a strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience preferably in risk management and integrity.
  • Having work experience in project risk assessment would be an advantage.
    Other necessary attributes include hands-on approach, adaptability, meticulous, a good team player and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel and is able to commit to urgent requests when required.
  • Post-graduate or professional qualifications in related fields would be an advantage.

Education

Bachelor Degree in Law or a related discipline
