ASSISTANT MANAGER, SAP APPLICATION SOLUTION & DELIVERY

Job Description

This role is responsible for managing and supporting our HR
system (SAP SuccessFactors) to ensure it runs smoothly and meets business
needs.


You will work closely with HR and other teams to improve the
system, support users and ensure HR processes are efficient. You will also be
involved in projects, system improvements and working with external vendors.


Key Responsibilities


• Support and maintain the HR system to ensure smooth daily
operations 

• Work with HR to understand their needs and improve system
processes 

• Make system changes, enhancements and drive continuous
improvements 

• Help resolve system issues and provide support to
users 

• Support and manage HR system projects, upgrades and
improvements 

• Coordinate with external vendors/consultants to ensure
work is delivered properly 

• Ensure HR data is accurate, secure and up to date 

• Prepare simple reports and dashboards to support HR
decisions 

• Ensure the system follows company policies and compliance
requirements 

Key Requirements

• Degree in IT or related field 

• 5–8 years’ experience in HR systems 

• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors (preferred) 

• Basic understanding of HR processes (e.g. hiring, employee
data, performance) 

• Experience in handling projects or system
improvements 

• Good communication and problem-solving skills 

• Experience working with vendors or external partners is an
advantage
