JOB DESCRIPTION

- Provide daily support on S/4 Hana Finance & Controlling (FICO) Module.

- Join the project team to perform SAP project implementation.

- Understand the business processes and business requirements of the organization.

- Attending to all issues raised, resolve problems and follow up on the issues.

- Managing & controlling the change request by business user.

- Identify and initiate the process improvements to achieve business requirements.

- Close liaison with business users, vendor and internal support teams.

- Provide high quality support to internal and external users.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum of 6 years’ working experience on SAP functional support for FICO Module.

- Familiar with FICO business processes

- Familiar with SAP implementation and configuration

- Experience on team leading or project management will be an added advantage

- Great interpersonal and communication skills
