Job Description

Risk Management
1. Provide Group-wide implementation of IJM's Risk Management Framework to support the achievement of its strategic objectives and to provide assurance to the Board, management and stakeholders. 
2. Conduct effective and timely identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring and reporting of risks and their mitigating plans to ensure that significant risks and focus areas are appropriately identified and managed.
3. Develop tools, processes and key risk indicators to monitor changes in likelihood and impact.
4. Providing risk management training/ awareness to promote risk culture and on how risks can be effectively managed.
5. Develop and maintain departmental documents to ensure their relevance and applicability. 
6. Any other related tasks as assigned.

1. Implement compliance requirements and initiatives that are aligned with IJM’s Anti-Bribery & Corruption System ("ABCS") framework.
2. Conduct comprehensive bribery and corruption risk assessments on all divisions and departments.
3. Create and manage training contents/ materials in relation to ABCS.
4. Provide/ facilitate training and communications on ABCS to all stakeholders.
5. Monitor and review ABCS implementation and compliance.
6. Report ABCS-related matters to the Audit Committee on a quarterly basis.
7. Any other related tasks as assigned.

1. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business, Engineering or other related fields.
2. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills (both oral communication and report-writing) as well as a strong command of written and spoken English.
3. Having at least 5 to 6 years of work experience preferably in risk management (including risk management of climate change), auditing or business continuity.
4. Having work experience in project risk assessment would be an advantage.
5. Other necessary attributes include a hands-on approach, adaptability, meticulousness, and being a good team player with the ability to work independently.
6. Willingness to travel and the ability to commit to urgent requests when required.
7. Post-graduate or professional qualifications in related fields would be an advantage.
