MANAGER (FINANCE)

Job Responsibilities

• Fund raising exercise of the Group including negotiation, documentation, execution and monitoring
• Lenders' and rating agency's periodic review
• Compliance – Loan covenants, BNM guidelines and regulations, audit and accounting requirement etc
• Inter-company advances – transactions and documentations
• Finance and treasury policies of the Group – monitoring adherence, to safeguard and work on improving structure and guidelines
• Finance and treasury operation of IJM Corp Bhd and subsidiaries
• Periodic and adhoc report (finance and fund flow related) where required

Job Requirements

Working Experience, Education and Skills

• Degree in accounting or finance is preferred
• At least 10 years working experience in finance or treasury or banking
• Fluent in English as job require basic legal drafting skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Excel and Word skills
• Good with mathematics
• Experience in treasury management center an added advantage
• Meticulous and highly organized
