Job Responsibilities
- Provide daily support and administration in S/4 HANA Payroll and SuccessFactors
- Understand the business processes and business requirements of the organization
- Attending to all issues raised, resolve problems and follow up on the issues
- Managing & controlling the change request by business user
- Identify and initiate the process improvements to achieve business requirements
- Close liaison with business users, vendor and internal support teams
- Provide high quality support to internal and external users
Job Requirements
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Information System, Human Resources or a related discipline
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in HR or Payroll systems
- Familiar with HR & Payroll business processes
- Experience on SAP Payroll system or SuccessFactors will be an added advantage
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
Education
- Bachelor Degree in Information System or a related discipline
