Job Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support and administration in S/4 HANA Payroll and SuccessFactors
  • Understand the business processes and business requirements of the organization
  • Attending to all issues raised, resolve problems and follow up on the issues
  • Managing & controlling the change request by business user
  • Identify and initiate the process improvements to achieve business requirements
  • Close liaison with business users, vendor and internal support teams
  • Provide high quality support to internal and external users

Job Requirements

 

 

Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree in Information System, Human Resources or a related discipline

 

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in HR or Payroll systems
  • Familiar with HR & Payroll business processes
  • Experience on SAP Payroll system or SuccessFactors will be an added advantage
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

 

Education

  • Bachelor Degree in Information System or a related discipline
