Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Input information and produce models and drawings using Building Information Modelling (BIM) systems and computer-assisted drafting systems (CAD) or drafting machines, and other drafting devices.
• Coordinate architectural, civil, structural, electrical, mechanical and mics. Designs and determine a method of presentation to graphically represent building plans, models, animation, sections, elevations, schedules, etc.
• Draw rough and detailed scale models/plans for foundations, buildings, structures and misc. construction works, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets, and other data.
• Assist and guide other/new staff when required, especially in BIM related works and implementation.
• Assist and guide new staff when required.
