JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operations of all freight-related matters
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to further develop and maintain customer service standards
• Interact with customers for shipment related schedules, arranging their international shipments and meeting customer service standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and all service providers (carriers, trucking companies and others).
