Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in coordination and supervision of works to check that they are in accordance with work procedures, time and quality requirements.
• Monitor and check project site, labor strength and safety on-site; enforce strict adherence of a high standard of work quality (workmanship) and materials to conform to approved contract drawings and specifications.
• Make arrangements for the deployment of the company’s resources such as plant, equipment, material, and manpower.
• Liaise with sub-contractors, government officials and relevant parties to identify and solve problems and any other matters to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
• Motivate and coach staff via training and development; track work progress in order to build staff competence on the job and encourage motivation.
