Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Taking off quantities/ site measurement of work done.
  • Sourcing, selection and evaluation of contractors/ suppliers/ specialist.
  • Prepare payment certificates for contractors & consultants.
  • Liaising with consultants during preparing pre-contract and post-contract.
  • Assist in preparing tender document for new project bids, contract documentation with successful tender bids.
  • Negotiate with contractors and suppliers (recurring works/ ad-hoc works).
  • Assist Head of Department with monitoring and managing the overall administration of the various contracts and sub-contract works including assistance with preparation of progress reports, recommendation of payments, variation order certificates and final accounts documentation to improve administration.
  • Basic knowledge/ assist in project costing.
  • Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and work instructions as defined in the Company's Quality System, Health, Safety and Environment Requirement to demostrate Risk Base Thinking and Performance Base Approach in all undertaking, and to ensure achievement of intended results.
