Job Description

  • Monitoring all concession matters as in the concession agreement with LLM.
  • Co-ordinate all reporting works with the Engineering & Maintenance Department and Toll Operations & MIS Department
  • Assist Head of Concession Monitoring/Land/Public Relations on all 3rd party development matters and issues pertaining to land
  • Coordinate/approve applications by utility provider e.g TNB, Telekom, JBA, DBKL, etc (feed to Traffic Management)
  • Follow-up on traffic/3rd party intrusions to R.O.W
  • Issued work permit for a third-party application.
  • Prepare all monthly reports
  • Attend to an emergency call (24 hours)
  • Any other assignment

Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Executive for Concession Monitoring and Corporate Communications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing concession matters, coordinating reports across departments, managing third-party development issues, and supporting corporate communications activities. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond to urgent matters as needed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Concession Monitoring: Ensure full compliance with the concession agreement and all obligations set forth by the Malaysian Highway Authority (MHA), while monitoring and overseeing all related activities.
  2. Reporting Coordination: Liaise with the Engineering, Maintenance & Traffic Department, and Toll Operations & MIS Department to compile and submit relevant periodical reports.
  3. Third-Party Development & Land Management: Assist the Head of Concession Monitoring and Corporate Communications Department in managing third-party development and land issues.
  4. Utility Provider Applications: Coordinate and process applications from utility providers such as TNB, Telekom, JBA, DBKL, and local councils, ensuring compliance with the traffic management requirements.
  5. Right of Way (R.O.W) Management: Follow up on any third-party intrusions into the highway’s Right of Way (R.O.W).
  6. Work Permit Issuance: Process and issue work permits for third-party applications.
  7. Corporate Communications: Support the corporate communications team in internal and external communications, including media relations, press releases, and public announcements.
  8. Other Duties: Undertake additional tasks as directed by the management.
