JUNIOR EXECUTIVE (MIS)

Job Description

• To assist the Operations Manager on ensuring the efficient operating of the following three functions under Toll Operations, namely; Toll Collection Services, Toll Equipment Maintenance, and Management Information Systems.
• To ensure that the process of toll collection and reporting is carried out smoothly without interruptions and according to set procedures;
• To identify and investigate incidents of discrepancies and fraud.
• To supervise and co-ordinate day-to-day activities of toll collection and prepared analysis of traffic and revenue reports.
• To assist Operations Manager for the proper establishment, management, and implementation of the day-to-day operation of the toll system and collection.
• To oversee all aspects pertaining to maintenance and administration of the toll management information system.
• To ensure data accuracy and reconciliation of discrepancies and also to review all traffic and revenue data generated to monitor the performance of the Toll Collectors and Toll Supervisors.
