Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist to monitor day to day operations of the department.
  • Monitor defect rectification status for properties handed over to owners and performance of service providers/ contractors.
  • Determine and schedule maintenance activities for properties as and when necessary.
  • Assist to implement policies/ procedures approved by Management to allow efficient credit control and collection system.
  • Assist to prepare reports including but not limited to financial statements, summary of income and expenses, defect rectification status, and monthly collection reports.
  • Conduct meetings with residents and management committee as and when necessary.
  • Liaise with client, consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant authorities for matters pertaining to managed properties.
  • Coach and motivate staff; identify learning opportunities for staff development and advancement; track work progress and conduct performance reviews in order to build staff competence on the job and encourage motivation, pro-activeness, and job satisfaction of all direct reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess a Degree in Facility Management/ Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Possess knowledge in building, mechanical, and electrical works.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Technical certification would be an added advantage.
  • Able to work on weekends.
