Job Description

  • Assist to monitor day to day operations of the department.
  • Attend to customer complaints.
  • Monitor defect rectification status for properties handed over to owners and performance of service providers/ contractors.
  • Determine and schedule maintenance activities for properties as and when necessary.
  • Assist to implement policies/ procedures approved by Management to allow efficient credit control and collection system.
  • Assist to prepare reports including but not limited to financial statements, summary of income and expenses, defect rectification status, and monthly collection reports.
  • Conduct meetings with residents and management committee as and when necessary.
  • Liaise with client, consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant authorities for matters pertaining to managed properties.

 

Job Requirements

  • Location: Seremban 2.
  • Contract: 1 year.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Having knowledge in building, mechanical, and electrical works would be added advantage.
  • Having technical certification would be an added advantage.
  • Able to work on weekends sometimes.

Education

Bachelor Degree in Facility Management or Construction Management
Diploma in a related discipline
