Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct inspections on the property and common areas to ensure no defects prior to Vacant Possession (VP).
  • Handle complaints related to defects and ensure maintenance and rectification works are done timely and in compliance with ISO requirements.
  • Conduct joint inspection with the property owner/ contractor/ consultant as and when necessary.
  • Monitor the performance/ progress and follow up with service providers/ contractors.
  • Assist in resolving residents’ problems and other property maintenance related matters.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess a Degree in Facility Management or a related discipline.
  • Possess knowledge in building, mechanical, and electrical works.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Technical certification would be an added advantage.
  • Able to work on weekends.

OR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process maintenance and service billings according to schedule.
  • Prepare credit and debit notes as well as invoices according to schedule.
  • Update collection data including debtor’s transaction and maintenance record.
  • Organise meetings between the management and residents as and when required.
  • Provide administrative and operational support as and when required.
  • Resolve property maintenance and facility issues promptly and that includes complaints handling.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess a Degree in Facility Management or a related discipline.
  • Possess knowledge in building, mechanical, and electrical works.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Able to work on weekends.
