EXECUTIVE, PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

Job Description

• Implement, coordinate, and monitor all stages of the project development to meet the agreed standard, quality, cost, and timeline.
• Liaise with engineering team and consultants on the technical design and processes which meets project requirements.
• Assist in tendering, procurement, and contracting processes on technical matters.
• Study, highlight, and resolve conflicts, interferences, discrepancies, and errors/ omissions of drawings and specifications.
• Monitor and ensure progress/ quality assurance/ status updates/ financial reports are provided along with provision of regular updates to Management/ immediate superior for efficient allocation of resources.
• Liaise with consultants, architects, authorities, contractors, etc. to ensure works are carried out based on established procedures, specifications, and contract requirements of the project.
• Attend to final inspections, client and consultant meetings, etc.
• Ensure proper filing and maintaining of administrative records.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates can apply. Having knowledge/ experience in property development would be added advantage.
• Knowledge in IT and Microsoft Office applications.
